I have always been into fitness my whole life due to my wondeful parents!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and having a goal to work towards. I love the feeling of a good workout. Lifting is such a great release of stress!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of my progress, read TONS of articles about other competitors, watch videos, and I try to keep a positive attitude all the time.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Well, I would LOVE to have Jamie Eason or Jennifer Nicole Lee's body...they obth are beautifully sculped and still look feminine. I'm hoping one day to have an equally beautiful bod!

I havent written anything for a while! Ive been eating clean and cheating less and less over time. I probably avg. 3 cheats a month...I need to be tougher on myself! Ive been living with my boyfriend for a little over 2 months and its been awesome! We never have anything but clean food in...
