I have always been into fitness my whole life due to my wondeful parents!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and having a goal to work towards. I love the feeling of a good workout. Lifting is such a great release of stress!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of my progress, read TONS of articles about other competitors, watch videos, and I try to keep a positive attitude all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far! I hope to have some in the future! :)

This is the picture I am using to send in to Oxygen for the abs contest....Robert Kennedy said to eat alot and push out so you look as bad as possible......CHECK!
Oxygen Magazine is having a six-pack competition....I started July 7th and will send in my "after" picture by November 20th... I need to decrease my bodyfat by at least 5%....Lets see what I can do in 4 months!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Hmmmm Demi Moore in GI Jane, Jessica Alba in a few of her movies, Cameron Diaz is amazing also!

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Well, I would LOVE to have Jamie Eason or Jennifer Nicole Lee's body...they obth are beautifully sculped and still look feminine. I'm hoping one day to have an equally beautiful bod!
I ate 4 of my 7 meals then went out to eat and had chicken lettuce wraps and 2 types of sushi :( Ughh. At least that wasnt COMPLETLY blowing it, like having dessert or a buffet or something! Good leg workout and sweaty bikeride! Upper body tomorrow with PREVAIL :)
