Yes they are totally flat I am just scared to go under but I really want them!! I know it will do my body a world of difference. I have my consult this week going to see how much they cost and all that. I want to get them now so I can recover and resume training!
Brrrrrr that is cold yes these stretch marks are giving me the blues working hard to get the body of my dreams but I guess they will be less of a bother once I get that six pack lol. Your phoos are always fabulous she does a good job I want to get some professional pics done but Im thinking about implants my breast are flat and i want them to look like im 19 again lol
LOL yeah lets switch if my legs looked like that Id step on a stage tomorrow! Oh yeah Im a size 10 shoe also and you know I love shoes lol I love those heels in your pic! Fabulous!

Aww thank you so much! Ive been working really hard this month. I keep seeing the changes and I want to change more and more. I am still working on finding a diet thats going to help me to retian some muscles but I guess thats going to take time. I am sure you still look great your body is soo toned so I know you will snap back fast. Good luck and thank you for your kind words. Really made me smile! :0)
1st THANK YOU! I LIKE TO CHANGE MY ROUNTINE ONCE A MONTH. THIS WEEK IS WORK TO FAILURE WEEK, WHICH I'LL BLOG NEXT. THE PLANK I LIKE TO HOLD FOR 75 SEC USING HAND GRIPS, REST 15 SEC THEN GO INTO SIDE PLANK (right) hold for 75 sec while using a hand grip in left hand. rest 15 then do left side, this is one set do 3...love body weight exer...greg
