I worked out on my own for 8 months with little results. I was feeling old. I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I feel great. and I look good. And my fitness trainer Wesley Wilson keeps me going too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror. I never want to be fat again.
BB Accomplishments:
I reached my weight goal on Sept 16th of 175 pounds. As of Oct 19, I weigh 172.
I am at 11% body-fat. My goal is 10%. Or until I can bounce a quarter off my abs.
My goals are many parts. To feel better, live healthier, live longer, keep up with my kids, lose fat, get lean, gain muscle, get 6 pack abs, look great.
I work out 5 days per week. All workouts are 4 sets each of between 8 and 12 reps each or until muscle failure. Often times, I count to 8 just to make sure I get the minimal required numb er of reps, then I usually stop counting and just keep going till muscle failure which usually occurs at...
