Throughout high school and my military service, I had always been in excellent shape. However, a broken back and 15 years at a desk job have taken their toll. Numerous attempts before this have failed, but no more. I am going to get my physique... no, my life back and I will be in better shape than I have ever been in.

you can do this, just hang in there, be consistent, and if you fall, just get back up. this is the end, the end of an old life and the beginning of a new one ^_^
