So, the loose skin isn't quite doing justice. trainer: "Rub 'preparation h' on your abs" me: "I'm not that big of an a-hole, am I?" but hey he hasn't steered me wrong yet

true front relaxed, looking a bit better ("love handles" almost gone). I have noticed that I tend to flex a bit- seems about every other thus far, so I did 2 pics this week.

either I've got good obliques or the flex causes the loose skin to hang a bit more visibly (refer to my other wk 6 pic). The advice from last week does seem to be tightening the skin a bit however...

the scale didn't indicate progress this week, in fact says i gained. oh well the pictures still show some minor progress. I doubt the scale due to the fact that I have been doing the same thing and losing 'bout 2 lbs a week since i started posting pics
