meal 1: Veggie omlette (no cheese), 2 hardboiled egg whites, oatmeal, black coffee
pre workout - 1scoop NaNO Vapor + 1 Scoop Shock Therapy + 10gm glutamine
during- 3 scoops SciVation Extend in 1l water
meal 2: 2 scoop ON gold standard whey +10gm glutamine (post workout)
meal 3: 2x chicken breast, veggies, rice
meal 4: 1 ON whey + 1 ON casein
meal 5: 2 chicken breast, veggies
meal 6: 2 scoop ON casein
4-6l of water daily, 1l green tea

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
don't start and stop multiple times as I did. Even if you are one of those people who only puts on 5-10 pounds a year of quality mass, think about what that will look like in five years.
