Raised on a farm growing up and was always active, Guess the "forced labor" of that life style just kind of stuck.
Why I Love It:
It is another way to make a change for the better. Life is not a passage of time but an occurrence of events. I am simply picking events rather than passing time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Discovery Channel - it's like every time I see monkeys I think "Man, I bet those little ba$t@rds are strong, swinging and climbing and all that." Makes me want monkey strength too!

meal 1: Veggie omlette (no cheese), 2 hardboiled egg whites, oatmeal, black coffee

meal 2: 2 scoop ON gold standard whey +10gm glutamine (post workout)
