Overall Goal: I've always wanted to enter a room and have people aske me, "Do you workout?". Just to give me a blank stare is also acceptable! haha.

When I Started:
Jun, 2003
How I Started:
After seeing the first round of results and weight gain I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives me. I love seeing results, the "pump" and just the heavy weight on each side of the bar. I also love that it's a great stress releiver and that no matter how bad my day goes I can always rely on a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly read the magazines and research supplements and articles online. I also know that building your body is a slow and steady process if done naturally so you have ot be consistent and work hard. PLus I love it, so that always helps alot.
BB Accomplishments:
I have yet to compete in any shows but I will see where I am when I get to my first weight goal of 185lbs.

Goal (Long):
I have been a fairly small kid for most of my life. I was 120lbs throughout middle school and before. When my family and I lived in Europe I made fun of at the school for my size and then even had a terrible run-in with the ladies. I did however use it to fuel the fire upon my return to the states. I dated for the first time in high school as well as worked out for the first time. Upon breaking up with me, I graduated high school at 132lbs and had enough fuel to start a small bonfire. Now, after 4 years of college I have enough fuel in my to have a bonfire! I now weigh 166 and have no desire to quit anytime soon. I love this sport and everything that comes with it. I have the hard work and determination to one day make it pro and do plan on competing eventually. I've been a hardgainer most of my life and I'll admit that nutritionally speaking I have never been great, but within the past few weeks I have realized what I must do in order to gain the muscle I have always dreamed about and I have been doing it! I plan on starting the fall semester (my last semester) at around 170lbs and then hopefully gain another 10-5 from there. I can throw don in the weight room and have never touched steroids up to this point. I have nothing against steroid users other than the they will regret it when they are older. I believe in old school principals and follow a clean and strict schedule throughout the week. On the weekends I usually cut the grass, hangout with friends and lay around the house. I also plan on getting certified through ACE within the next year so I will become one step closer to my goal. Work in the fitness industry!

Hey everyone, this is my first ever post on my bodyspace page so bear with me. Im at work at the moment and quite frankly, it sucks around here. I am however, comforted by the though that when I get off, I will be a step closer to an amazing shoulder/calves workout tonight at the gym. As usual...
I workout 6 days a week. Each workout is for one muscle group (Except for Thursdays) and lasts about an hour. Keep in mind that I am constantly adding size due to hard work and nutrition so these numbers will be changing from time to time. My weak areas are my biceps and my calves so those I...
I was gonna hit you back with some reps because you definitely should get some for being able to handle an award winning breakfast, but I guess I repped you too recently.
I'm sure once I've spread the wealth a bit, you'll do something else to impress me soon enough. :)
