Sorry it took long to get back to u. I dont train legs at home except for maybe some walking lunges. I have memberships at 2 gyms for leg work and heavy training. My hm gym is now used for sessions when im short on time and what i call extreme toning!

ye, thanks man. i naturally slim to and have a fast motabalism, so whenever i eat i do not put much weight on. in some aspects, this is great although it obviously does not do my diet any good. thanks for the advice.
thanks. what sort of advice are you after? i'll PM you a beginners lifting/ cardio plan and a basic idea of what you should aim to eat tomorrow, bro - got to sleep now - i'm on night shift tonight... bummer... rest it up till monday then use that as day 1 for the new you. TRAIN INSANE
