What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Reverse crunches and using the Roman chair.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do about 12-15 reps when I'm trying to gain muscle and about 15-20 when I'm just trying to tone and maintain.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
When I'm working out legs, I'll only rest 30 sec tops (only long enough to get a drink of water) because I want to maximize fat loss and keep my heart rate up. With everything else, I'll take about 45...more
