Workout Program:
Currently I am doing 5 days a week sometimes 2-a-days depending on how motivated i am that day.
Cardio three days (jog at the beach and do 5 sets of santa monica stairs-which are a killer workout)
Resistance band training 2 of the days. I do 3 sets of 12-15 reps with these.
Pilates/Yoga, spin, and kickboxing classes are great workouts as well. I switch it up when i dont feel like driving all the way to Santa Monica my gym is right down the street so it's a convenience thing.
Weight training I do Tues. & Thurs. Legs both days and arms only on Thurs.
Legs = 4 sets of walking lunges with 20lbs weights, 3 sets of leg curls(65lbs), and leg presses(155lbs), lots of plyometrics exercises. It challenges my body in so many ways and burns more calories in less time.
