I want to define my curves more...so00oo I can break necks when I walk by...lol
Goal (Long):
Since I was lil I always wanted a body I could be proud of. I wanted to beat the genetics game and prove that even tho genetics say 1 thing I can put hard work and determination to the test and stay fit in everyway. So far I have beaten the game but I am determined to maintain if not make my body even better. I give myself until January to bring my bodyfat down to 16% and my weight back down to 130. I want sculpted arms, abs, and glutes.
Final goal is 2 be a Muscle & Fitness Hers or Oxygen Magazine Model... So anything that will help get me there I am willing 2 do.
Currently I am doing 5 days a week sometimes 2-a-days depending on how motivated i am that day.
Cardio three days (jog at the beach and do 5 sets of santa monica stairs-which are a killer workout)
Resistance band training 2 of the days. I do 3 sets of 12-15 reps with these.
