i always use to work out when i was younger but lost weight, ive been reading on n off for years finally since january taking it serious with the diet and lifting
Why I Love It:
because you live a healthy lifestyle, since january i havent gotten a cold yet almost 9months now u know i feel good :)
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by reading on bodybuilding.com and the fact my will is strong and i want a better image for my music you know
BB Accomplishments:
gaining more than 35lbs on my bulk so far :) ...
getting my first injury :)

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
basically, im writing this cause its been 2months officially now since ive been injured.. couldnt get to work out cause i was stubborn.... 2weeks away i went and got anti-inflamatory tablets and now my right arm is ok.... im still lifting light however and will continue for 1more week, then back...
I am not married and my my man has no control over what i show, LOL. Bodyspace has rules silly, lol. I like to try to follow them as best i can :) beside i am done taking my clothes off for now.. i have grown bored of it. msn queen... not me, LOL.
