i always use to work out when i was younger but lost weight, ive been reading on n off for years finally since january 07 taking it serious with the diet and lifting
Why I Love It:
makes me feel strong and powerful and that with hard work i can do anything not only in sports/bodybuilding but life, this whole changing your body thing changes your mind and outlook on life as well, growing as a person mentally while your body gets bigger in the process is gr8..
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by reading on bodybuilding.com and the fact my will is strong and i want to be the best that i can be :)... also reminding myself i hated being skinny my whole life :)
BB Accomplishments:
gaining 50lbs on a bulk( 1year 5months)
cutting 25lbs
benching 135x10 on incline woot
being a much bigger human being in general
getting my first injury :)

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
basically, im writing this cause its been 2months officially now since ive been injured.. couldnt get to work out cause i was stubborn.... 2weeks away i went and got anti-inflamatory tablets and now my right arm is ok.... im still lifting light however and will continue for 1more week, then back...
yeah thats wat sucks about bulking is ganning body fat thats wat im doin right now in the pictur that me with 5 pounds of bulk right now im at 12 pounds of bulk and my goals 15 so im doing good right now
