Goal (Short): I want to be a better person both physically and mentally.
Goal (Long): I want to be the Dad my sons and wife can be proud of. I don't really have a body building goal, I just know the healthier I am the more energy I will have for my family. I contribute this to bodybuilding. I would have to say if I had a goal it is to get bigger, leaner, and sexier than that guy I see in the mirror.
