Comments: - Athletic Fitness is a Scandinavian specific style composed of three parts: physique, strength and stamina. Whereof the physique part weights up to 50 percent of the total score. In the physique part the emphasis lies on a well trained, balanced "fitness" physique (not to big, not to small). The strength part is measured by pull-ups and dips (bw, highest amount). And the stamina part is measured by either a obstacle course or by 500 meters on a indoor rowing machine.



I ****ed up a little in the strength bout due to sheer clumsiness.. But I won the symmetry round.
