My third BB comp. In "Classic BB": "Classic Bodybuilding
responds to the increasing worldwide demand for competitions
for men who prefer, unlike today’s current bodybuilders, to develop a less muscular, yet athletic and aesthetically pleasing physique." - from the IFBB rulebook. |

First BB competition. Decided to change from Athletic Fitness to BB in the last moment, so not very prepared. Participated in debutant +80 kg. |

- Athletic Fitness is a Scandinavian specific style composed of three parts: physique, strength and stamina. Whereof the physique part weights up to 50 percent of the total score. In the physique part the emphasis lies on a well trained, balanced "fitness" physique (not to big, not to small). The strength part is measured by pull-ups and dips (bw, highest amount). And the stamina part is measured by either a obstacle course or by 500 meters on a indoor rowing machine.
I ****ed up a little in the strength bout due to sheer clumsiness.. But I won the symmetry round. |
