I got a little fed up with Taekwondo after nine years of training, so I started lifting weights to get some variation.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the pressing, pulling and lifting, the exhaustion, the strength and stamina, the view in the mirror, the looks and comments from others, the self confidence... I love it!

Description: Not exactly relevant with bodybuilding maybe.. But at least some kind of training. From a Taekwondo exhibition in '96. I'm the one with the long hair :)

hi man! the first same that i want to say to you is congrats for have a very low bodyfat and nice genetic! Now, i want ask you or that you give me some recomendation about... that i want take me a photo session soon, because i want to be a model, bud my problem is that i dont know how to lose the water from my body, or we can say, water retention!
