I got a little fed up with Taekwondo after nine years of training, so I started lifting weights to get some variation.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the pressing, pulling and lifting, the exhaustion, the strength and stamina, the view in the mirror, the looks and comments from others, the self confidence... I love it!

Description: Not exactly relevant with bodybuilding maybe.. But at least some kind of training. From a Taekwondo exhibition in '96. I'm the one with the long hair :)

Your show pics are awesome. Very interested to see how you train and diet to stay so lean yet still grow. I am 47 with a goal to return to the Bodybuilding venue but have much mass to gain back. Can you please forward any info to help my quest to achieve the physique status to compete again.

hi bro, id like u share me something in ur opinion,i would u see my pics and give ur opinion and what do u suggest my to progress my body.i add to my workout sauna and steam,when i finish my legs workout i sits 20 min in sauna and 10 min inn steam,do u think its useful ?
