I got a little fed up with Taekwondo after nine years of training, so I started lifting weights to get some variation.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the pressing, pulling and lifting, the exhaustion, the strength and stamina, the view in the mirror, the looks and comments from others, the self confidence... I love it!

Saw your pics for the first time today on a 'post your v-taper' thread. Wow. Amazing shape, man. Definitely one of the best physiques I've ever seen. hi, just wna ask you, when u go on diet do u do some killer cardio? i mean should you do it 5-6x a week? i can run for 30-45 mins on a tradmill. im not sure if im doing the ryt thing.. God bless!
