Began losing weight in March 07, came and read threads. Started a weight lifting plan at the end of July 07. Weighed 240 when started to lift.

tHINGS SEEM TO BE GOING OK ASSIDE FROM BRAKE HOURS AT THE COLLEGE MEAN THAT i CAN NOT GET IN THARE (tHE GMY) ALOT WHICH SORT OF SUCKS..DO HAVE SOME WEIGHTS IN THE BASEMENT THOUGH.
Hey bro I am more than 251 right now. I had gone from 298 to 251 and then when School had let out for summer I have gotton up to 285 and now trying to get back down again.
