Looked at myself in mirror and was totally taken back. Since high school I have gained about 40 lbs. I want to be that rock solid sports girl I was back then. Fitness is what I want to pursue.
Why I Love It:
lifts my spirits and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to stay motivated I just know I have to continue with it. It's a lifestyle now.

Today I woke up and like usual I was still tired. My bed was warm and didn't want to let me go. This close to Christmas laying in bed a little longer sounds soooo good. I got up got in the shower and dressed and then came to work. I'm acting supervisor for the next three weeks...

Heck girl, don't worry about going off the wagon for a bit (workout wagon, that is). I'm not going to exactly say that I wasn't stuffing my face the last two days for the Eid holiday, heehee! Any guilt? Oh hell no, what for? Just get the buns back in there the next day is all, no self-face-slapping or anything like that!

I think you losing 20 lbs will probably be a bit more difficult because you're already slender-- so the weight comes off a bit slower (and you don't get to eat as much, etc).
It'll come off- slower is better than faster. Don't undereat-- go for whole foods and you'll end up bulking up in terms of food VOLUME and won't ever get hungry or ticked off about it..
