How I Started:
I was lifting with my brother inlaw, a former Mr. USA for a year, then I had an accident and took a year off. Just started back this year and ran into some more probs lately, was forced to take 2 months off. I lost sight in my right eye. So, actually just got back in to the gym.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Gives me something to look forward to everyday, just enjoy it. Making small gains keeps me going,
