I slowed down the cutting so I could put some mass back on my legs. Still staying lean though, around 9%! Thanks for the support bro!

During the final 7 weeks during this transformation I did cardio 2x a day for 5 days a week alternating HITT (20-30 min) and low intensity (45-60 min). Diet was around 2200-1800 calories and my deficit during this time was around 500-700 per day.
