How I Started:
We had our family Cristmas on 1-10-08, I was looking through some pic, from the holiday, and I did not like what I looked like in my pics. Sortly after this I started having some medical issues, so I went to the doctor. When I stepped on the scale there it stated I was 295lbs, WOW, never have I weighed so much, also I was in the begining stages of heart failure. Now this was the time to do something about it, so I started working out, as of 5-14-2008, I have lost 45lbs, and still going.
Why I Love It:
I kove working out because I am just starting to feel good about how I look. I have a long way to go yet, but the more I work out the better I am feeling, and the better I am feeling about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering what I looked like, and how I felt, do not want to go there again.
