yer man xpand is good aye..
with the right diet it works really well..
but depends though...
everyones body works differently to creatine, for some people it works and other people it doesnt...
if it works for you then i reccommend taking it..
just dont take them to close to bed time..the caffine will kiip you awake for a while...
i know from experience haha...
anyway good luck with your training keep going hard..
