I have struggled with weight starting at a very young age. After my first child I stopped working out, and starting eating like crap. I also developed a thyroid problem due to the pregnancies, so that didn't really help out matters. When I became pregnant with my second child I weighed 185. I was extremely sick and lost 30 pounds during my second pregnancy. I looked back on pictures and told myself I would never go back to being overweight again.
I started working out 8 weeks post partum. I hired a trainer in May07 to slim down and tone up, after I started seeing the results I was addicted.
Why I Love It:
The results, it's addicting! It's also a good outlet for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and knowing that everyday I am becoming toner, leaner, and healthier. My kids are my motivation, I look in their eyes and I want to be the best Mom that I can be.
I try to always stay positive, and see my weaknesses as room for improvement not failures. My trainer is probably my biggest motivator; he always encouraged me and pushed me because he always saw me to my max potential even at times when I couldn't.
I GOT THIS FROM A BODYBUILDER ARTICLE
"You, as a courageous man or woman, are intact. You are free to let go and grow. Your mind is unleashed to dream and imagine beyond perceived limitations of the past. The clarity of you having only the present moment to make an impact becomes your focus. Each moment in time becomes the canvas of your life as you orchestrate your desired vision into reality.
Yes, you possess that inner power to fulfill your potential by taking it one moment at a time. The past is gone and the future is but a prospect. What you choose right now determines what effect the past had on you and what affect you will have on the future. You leave that baggage from the past behind and press forward without compromise. You don't worry about tomorrow for only today's success paves the way for the future."
So, I had an unexpected move, and some MAJOR life changing events take place, but I'm back on my feet stronger then ever. I got settled into a new gym, and I'm lovin it. I've started eating clean again.
Major bummer, I can't do the Misawa bodybuilding show anymore, so that was a...

the lower part did not hurt but maybe it didnt because I was drinking. The top part was killing me and it hurt worst in between the ribs. I guess I like the pain since I choose some of the most painful spots. By the way side tattoos on girls are super hot.
