Went to the gym with my buddy and got hooked immediately.
Why I Love It:
Getting huge, ripped and mighty is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Large doses of crack. Also knowing that I can always get bigger, stronger and more defined helps me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
In a years time gaining twenty good pounds and putting on definition. Also becoming very vascular while increasing my strength.

Today was an awesome kick for my shoulders. Three sets of 70lbs and three high rep sets of dumbbell overhead press. 5 sets on lat raises, 4 on high pulls, 5 sets of shrugs and finished with rear delts. It's hard enough just typing this!
