Morning, 5am - fasted cardio
40 minutes on ARC trainer, 8.25mets, pulse steadyish at 160BPM
20 minutes bike- keeping pulse above 130 (legs were tired, haha)
Eat! (yes, its too low but I don't care right now!)
Oats, 250 grams - like 500 calories or so :P
protein shake x 3,...
