This is week 3 of my phase one workou..... This is where it starts to get a little more intense :)

Monday  ( Morning )

Cadio 

50 min up hill on treadmill run 

20 min uphill steady pace walk 

abs


Weighted Crunches 30x5

reverse Crunches 30x5

side crunches 30 each side x5

rope Crunches 30x5

ab roleouts 30x5

Monday (afternoon)

20 min warm up 

Back

Wide grip pulldown 15x4

close grip pulldown 15x4

bent over row ( more weight) 12x4

rope lat pulldowns 20x5

Deadlifts 30x4

Cardio cooldown 10 min at the end :)

My Motivation Program

I listen to kai greens treadmil confessions. man that boy cracks me up and teaches me at the same time. I also read articles on the net watch all the motivational videos but most of all i love the people that inspire me to love to do what i do. Someone who has achieved something great against all olds despite people telling them they can do and they prove them wrong and becoming better for it. Those people are the real heroes man.Loosing fat is not the goal anymore. Yes there is not greater feeling when you loose a couple of pounds here and there. Is that really important or is it more important to keep that weight off and inspiring the other people around you to do the same.


Hey Guys This is Just something a little extra. Me and my wondeful Friend Renae have thought up of a group called CUT N FLEX. It is just going to be a very basic motivational group can share there past expereinces to do with training nutrition and motivation. We are both very friendly and very easy to talk to. How it started was me and Ranae helped each other through hard times and became really good friends and then just started exchanging what has worked for us with the fields of exercise and what hasn't. Giving each other advice of recipes and diet plans. We are both very motivated to be the best that we could be :) CUT N FLEX creates super humans. I was just wondering if anyone wants to join us. Like I said we are very friendly and would love to help and learn of you guys.If guys like the idea of this please contact me. Can not wait to see what you guys think about this
