Goal (Long):
I hate my stomach..want to see my abs. I have always been a skinny fat girl, want to be as muscular and lean as I can. After taking recent pics see my legs are still skinny..want to improve this area, desperately want to decrease body fat. Most of all keep a positive attitude.
Okay had body fat checked today 1/21/09 a horid 25%..diappointed but ..heck at least I know what I really really need to work on. Ok down to 18% bodyfat..pleased with that!!! Yes April 13th 12.7% Body fat..there are few measures for progress this is one of them and I am rocking it! So proud of myself! ok love my abs sooo much..finally abs..yeah for me!!!
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I have gotten muscle pulls and strains from poor body mechanics. being distracted turning my head or back during a rep..big NO NO

It was amazing! Sunny and 80's I got back to Boston and ....CLOUDY AND RAIN! UGH!! WTF! Totally hit the beach today girl!! I would! Not sure about next Tues yet...
Cardio was great last night. Had just rained, fresh smells, cool out, 3 miles with the dog, doesn't get any better. Did Back and Bi's this morning. Hope your day is wonderful.
