3 sessions per week + 1 outside w/ BABY SHAYLA

ALTERNATE (1 WK 2 LOWER BODY + 1 UPPER BODY)

Flat Bench Dumbbell Press 12,12,10
Pushup 1x12
Single Dumbbell Row 12,12,10
Resistance Band Row 15,12,10
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 12,10,10
Dumbbell Curl 12,12
Dumbbell Hammer Curl 12,12
Dumbbell Tricep Kickback 12,12
Dumbbell Overhead Extension 12,12

LOWER BODY
Leg Extension 15,12,12
Leg Curl 15,12,12
Walking Lunge w/ Dumbbells 15,15,12,12
Jump Squat 3x12
Sissy Squat 2x15
Deadlift w/ Dumbbell 15,15,12,12
Glute Kickback 3x20 Floor Excercise

ABDOMINALS: At end of Weight Training
