i know all of that the latest i took them during the way was 1pm and i eat the minimum always but the best of everything. anyways id rather say that i did the whole work myself without anyhelp with the exception of protein supp. i guess my body just doesnt work well with fatburners but thats fine:) thx for the reply

i didnt figure out to respond to a response on bodyblog yet but ive been on the pills for about a week i dont know if its been long enough to see results but from my experiense with supplements i find they always work better at first maybe fat burners are different. id dont know exacly how many calories i consume but id day between 1300-1500. should i continue?
