Overall Goal: I am commited to doing the P90X for 13 weeks. My first day is Tuesday Aug. 11th, 2009. I will loose 16 pounds of fat- that is my goal!!!
By November 25th- For THANKSGIVING- I am wanting to be 130 pounds- I want to be able to get rid of my flabby arm

How I Started:
I always was in some sport in H.S. and than as a young lady I kind of stopped exercising- I started reading about Body for Life about 2 years ago and since than I have been educating myself on getting in the top fittest shape I can.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me feel good inside and out. I feel comfortble in my body and confident. It brings an energy out of you like nothing else.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my present picture of how I really look and not wanting to look that for the rest of my life.
I start looking at magazine that show beautiful women being in shape and I keep telling myself that can be me and it will be me.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally getting a schedule where I work my life around my exercises instead of the other way around.
Soon I pray and hope to be able to start competing in some shows but first I have to get this weight off and maintain it.

Goal (Long):
I got on the scale today and realized that I weigh 146 pounds!!!! 146 pounds!!! What happened?!!! Just last year I weighed 133 pounds......... I am disgusted with myself!!! I have let myself go and have made many excuses as to why I can't exercise and loose weight and I am tired of the excuses!!! I haved a hard time walking on heels and when I sit down I have a double pouch that is disgusting!!! My arms flap when I wave and I can't even fit half the clothes in my closet because I am so big!!! I keep thinking " If I could just loose the weight I would have a whole new wardrobe and I didn't even have to go shopping!! It was all in my closet!!
My 3 Strict Goals to Stay focused:
1. No eating heavily past 7:30pm! Eat light and healthy for the evening snack.
2. Drink a minuim of 72 of water- that means 4 bottles of water-
3. I need to keep track of eating habits- maintaina journal
These are my first 3 SIMPLE RULES that need to be followed for my journey of success.

Thanks so much for the friend request. You look beautiful. You have to embrace your body at every stage for success. I wish I looked like that when I first started out. Now I'm going to be a new mommy and I really want to be as fit as possible and safe through that and to make my journey back to fitness easy. You are going to do so amazing!
