Not sure what my BF was when I started, but wish I had measure it. It’s at 11% right now and will cut more the week before my goal in Aug. You've done well putting on some weight. That is something I've had trouble with, I'd be happy to get to your current weight.

Thanks Ed! Ya, I've been at it steady. Hit the 45 year mark last month and feelin good about it. I'm really focused on my next goal; the photo shoot is book for August. Oh ya, working with a PT now. He's giving me some good direction and a better eating plan.
