How I Started:
For the sake of why I joined this website, I began my current regime on July 18, 2009.
I used to be in the Marines and used to be a very strong and muscular (sans 6 pack) 185 pounds. But that was 10 years ago.
Why I Love It:
Good stress reliever. Occasionally it can be very flattering as well.

Goal (Long):
I started at 245 pounds on July 18, 2009 and joined this site on September 29, 2009 at 220 pounds. The thread "Fat to Fit" got me to actually join in hopes that I may help inspire someone in the same way the people in that thread have inspired me.
I want my wife to have a husband she can show off, and when we have children, I want to be able to play with them as much as possible and set a healthy lifestyle for them.10
