How I Started:
When I met my boyfriend in December 06 he worked out and I became curious. From February 07 I was hooked, a little scared about 'bulking up' and the old tale that if you lifted weights you put muscle on, but quickly that fear vanished. I have a great friend, Mel, who has always helped me and encouraged me when it comes to weights, training and eating clean. So I have her to thank as well!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of my muscles burning!
I love the feeling of my boyfriend saying he can see changes!
I love the feeling that I am gradually working towards a goal!
I love being able to know I can lift weights!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is my main downfall. I lack motivation so that is my I thought I would use this as a way of motivation. I hope that posting photos will also help with all your feedback!
A group of friends, my partner and I are holidaying in Thailand in July and desperately want my beach body for that. I want to be able to take my shirt off and know that people are looking at me because I am toned not sloppy.
I would like to lose at least 10kg plus tone and sculpt my body into my own masterpiece =). Might sound like a big goal but this is what I dream for.
Hopefully this will be my biggest motivator!
