Even though you do not look like you have all that much to lose I would suggest you look at the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat following the 12-week BFL program. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I have found that by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
