How I Started:
I had lifted weights on an off in high school and college. Ended up putting on a bunch of weight my Sr. year of college and was introduced to BB.com in order to lose weight. Here it is 5 years later and I'm trying to improve my strength.
Why I Love It:
The release. Ability to change yourself. Setting new personal records. Seeing the transformation in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
Death Metal, pure Swedish Death Metal. Grabbing ahold of my fat and shaking it.
BB Accomplishments:
Having the aforethought to not use the collars when attempting 1RM bench without a spotter.

Sorry its been so long. I am back in the states. I just fell off the map in regards to this website. I really need to get back into tracking because I have slipped a little. Still working out but not at the same intensity I was while in Iraq. Need to get the motivation going again. How's your progress going?
Yeah, I should be back in the States sometime during the first week of August. Definitely ready. Just hoping I keep up this intensity when I get home. Thanks for the comment. I think I was getting down on my progress because my goal was to lose weight which I am barely doing. I have gotten more solid though so that's good.
Yeah.. i feel better.. i bought a Golds Gym pulley weight system so I can work out at home monday - thursday.. now I have no excuses.. My shoulders keep growing but nothing else...lol... I'm gonna be a clive but instead of biceps all shoulders
man I have been so damn busy.. 5 days a week I have to take my son to football leaving 0 time for the gym.. I have been surviving off body weight exercises and some hiit.. I did get down to 207 so it looks like i'm still getting 1.5 - 2 lbs off a week. how is everything going with you?
