etrotter001 First summer slog! 80 degrees & 80% humidity. Ran 8 miles in 1:16. Too many walk breaks and each was too long. On plus side, I finished.

etrotter001 Late afternoon run. 2.5 mile jog to track followed by 12 100 yard sprints then 2.5 mile slog back home. Burned 1 million calories!

doctorstacy Yes, I did have difficulty. It was harder to keep my times... And I did much better with short races. I can no longer do the distance. Mar 31, 2013 10:32am

doctorstacy A machine...hmm...well this machine needs some new parts... damn tendonitis is killing me. I can always tolerate it in the legs, but when ur trying to build an upper body in the off season and you can' tlift..it is really sucking..LOL. Hoping all is well w/you..any races?
