Ohhh man...I do know how you feel. My first show was a disaster w/my posing, etc but just the fact that I you get out there & learn from experience...that will make you 100% better for the next show. It's like parenting...no matter how much you prep...you're still blind-sided-LMAO!

7 days of low carbs? Wow!! The longest I went was 4 before I was carbed up...you can do this my friend-you've worked so damn hard to get to this point!!

Thanks! Yeah-it's nuts! I'm not so sure I would even do it again this year if it wasn't for qualifying for Nationals...ughhh...but YOU will be able to say you did it & that means more than any trophy!
That's great news-I'm so glad you have a date-that's half the battle I swear...just getting committed to a date on the calendar! Yes...you CAN & WILL do this!
