When I Started: Feb, 2007
How I Started: I started working out to get into shape for arena football. I have now made the starting line for Utah's new pro level-arena team the Utah Saints.
Why I Love It: I love the way i feel and the difference in how i look. I want to be a good rolemodle for my kids, to show them that being active in this day and age is a good thing.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing the changes in my body and the ability to dominate a weight i never thought I could push in the past.

well I have made my desition to start training in an attemt to enter some strongman compatitions. I know this will take alot of hard work but with all that is going on wiht the divorce i need this. I am just not sure if i will quit playing football or not. We shall see.
