I still want to get abs, but I've also decided that by the new year I want to compete in a powerlifting competition.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to look lean and muscular, but I'm loving the strength gains and I've decided that around the new year, I'd like to compete in a powerlifting competition. I want to add 50% to my bench, and learn how to squat with good form first, though!
OK, so yesterday was the end of week two of the 100 Push Ups programme and the 200 Sit Ups programme. Test time!
I managed 27 pushups - that's JUST enough to stay in the top group (the requirement was 25 or more). I'm dreading friday. Five sets of pushups, and the third set asks for...
