Hey there, well I bought these cool elbow support things that worked really good for heavy triceps work which usually hurts. Also, I don't usually measure my arms pumped, but they were 17 which I am happy about even though I cheated. By the way your goal is cool I love Cedar Point I went there about three years ago. How are u?

well I changed my routine to only hit each muscle once a week, and they are sore after each workout again so thats good. And I did a lot of rock climbing recently which made my forearms hurt a lot in a bad way but it was very fun. How about you man?

I'm taking a week off to see if my left forearm pain will go away. I try to eat a lot, but I don't want to eat as much since I'm not exercising at all, and I already lost 3 pounds. It just shows that my natural weight is much less than it is right now. how bout you?

thats a pretty good question. I'm around 192 now so I guess it's more of a long term goal, but I want to remind myself to bulk as cleanly as I can. What about you, hows everything going?

yea man I might take a week off and just eat like crazy. The rest will probably be good for the muscles and my goal is just to get huge for now, and cut later, so I'm trying to spend more time out of the gym while still keeping the intensity up happy thanksgivin
