first of all i just started this bodyspace thing. i get the basics of it but there still a few things im trying to figure out. like, what the hell is bodypoints? anyway, im in the army...i love being here and i like doing what i do. i got started lifting during my last deployment in 2005, but i kinda let it slip away. im back now, and more motivated then ever! so look out Jay, Ronnie, and Vic...im coming to get you!!haha! yeah right but it sounds cool:)
Why I Love It:
cause it feels great! i love the pump you get from working out. plus i need to meet the physical requirments of the army.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at people's pictures that i want to look like. also, seeing fat people in the united states army kinda makes me sick to my stomach. thats what really motivates me!!
