How I Started:
I got started seriously working out my freshman year of college. I played college football and mostly trained to improve athletic ability on the playing field.
Why I Love It:
The rush it gives you, the loud music, and just the atmosphere in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
i train young athletes and they keep me motivated to stay in shape. also seeing all the great physiques on bodyspace keeps me in the gym

yes, there were times, im sure you knew when i bit off more than i could chew but through it all, when there was doubt, i ate it up and spit it out i faced it all and i stood tall, and i did it my way for what is a man, what has he got, if not himslef then he has naught to say the things he truly feels and not the words of one who kneels the record shows, i took the blows and I DID IT MY WAY
