My grandfather used to be a bodybuilder, and my dad used to work out all the time...I was always forced to workout, but never started to enjoy it untill recently. I've been taking it somewhat seriously, but im going to do my first gain cycle after this semester of school.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because I have always been small. I graduated high school at no heavier than 130 lbs. Now that i am starting to see some gains, ive been addicted.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by looking at all the others that a bigger than me and i hope to get on their level. But there are the times where i get frustrated and want to stop. that's when i take a second and remember what i used to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing the pack for the weight gaine is the goal and the legs are finally beefing up
est1986updated Motivation Level from 6/10 to 1/10 and said: "school is taking up too much time,..this summer I will hit it for sure and get back in the game with some major gains"
Hey have not see you around the gym.. I have been teaching a ton of Spin classes in Modesto and Manteca. When are you moving? Hope all is going well with you.
I have been hitting the gym pretty hard. My some of my shirts are now tight around the chest and arms.. just the last bit of belly fat is hard to get rid of, but you would not know about that. Keep up the good work.
Taught a spin class in Modesto on Wed and Thursday, teach in Manteca on Saturday.
If you'd like, it would be good to discuss. I am a coach, and would be interested in seeing if we could work together. I have the capabilities to work remotely, so it might be worth looking into.
Hey man. Glad you're stepping up and competing. As far as "tips," well, that is a dirty word for me. Ironically, then, the best tip is that you take on a few mentors and stay consistent with them. Set up your plans, and then when others have "tips" for you, run those tips by whomever is your mentor BEFORE applying them. A common error is to take ALL the tips as useful. Learn to be discerning.
