Hey bro, wow you made some solid ass improvements!,
Not bad, I took 6 months off gym after rugby season, prem rugby burned me out on training and I lost 9kg, but im back to 104kg and lifts are about 5-10% from where they were,
Going for 110kg beast mode for next footy season haha

Nah man, didn't gain the mass I was after due to a pretty solid rugby season, too much fitness haha, Then got sick after rugby finished and took 5 months off gym, so im down to 100kg tryna get my lifts and size back haha, learnt my lesson though, Don't take time off

I normally go evenings pretty late when its quieter,
But don't think there is many people who look like me lol, ill be the only 6'4 shaved head short hair dude probably.

Awesome to see someone else using the Dorian inspired HIT low volume scheme, ive been on it three weeks and loving it,
Very impressive physique you have, similar is my ultimate goal some time down the track once I have clean bulked some good size on!

Just out of curiosity do you struggle to build mass on chest and find delts taking over? Looks like we have pretty similar shoulder/chest builds,

Wow man huge, your an inch taller and 5 pounds heavier than me but look WAAYYYYY bigger!
What size biceps you cranking? I know its hard for tall people to fill out our limbs!

Wow man amazing natural physique,
I read your blog and it raises many great points that are easy to forget in training,
Im just reading you current workout routine listed on here, would it be applicable to an intermediate lifter? I have finished 6months on my current (Wannabebig 1.1) routine and am lookign for a new split to bust plateus,
