hi, write me on develiesra@yahoo.com if you dont mind I wanna make some comments you look good. you have good chest, arms, shoulder,abs but a bit poor in biceps and tirceps, I think.:) I dont know from that photo you look good if you will not go on the stage,.. i dont understand why you want gain because you are good like that as i said maybe a bit bigger arms and offcourse if you ll do them bigger you should increase the size of your shoulders too but for me you are good:)) ciaoo esra
