My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Runner at heart. I run distance, intervals, and/or sprints prior to breakfast. After a solid day of nutrition I lift in the evenings.
I am currently re-starting the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer. Had good results last year, dropping to 174. Now getting back into the swing of things. Also follow the Nutrition Plan, but do not use as many supplements. I rely more on real food rather than meal replacements. I use Optimum Nutrition Recovery 2:1:1 Mucho Mango and Xtend Grape for supplements.
I do all my cardio in the morning prior to breakfast. Cardio consists of either distance (slower run), interval training, or 3 miles fast. Always try and extend my sprints up to and past half mile.
