How I Started:
My fiancee is out of state for 3 months due to college, he loves working out, so when he comes home he'll come home to a lean mean fiancee, and I don't really have anything better to do. Laying around seeing toned butts doesn't get me anything but blob butt, so I need to change that.
Why I Love It:
I honestly hate it, I've never had any desire to work out. I've always been skinny (thank God), but I'm skinny with no muscle tone. That is what I am trying to change. Hopefully I can gain a love for it, I am sure I will, but I think it'll take a while.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my theighs and wishing they were toned... boo
BB Accomplishments:
I did workout for Miss Indiana USA 2007 pageant that I was in, with a trainer... once maybe twice a week. Even that little bit of workout got me into a little bit better shape. I looked like a hot mama.

Goal (Long):
Okay so here I go. I've been skinny my whole entire life, and never had a need to workout. I have a slight addiction to taking naps and eating lots of ice cream, and I know that if I don't change that I will have more to complain about later on in life. I am 22 years old, and I feel now is the time to start getting into shape, and quitting my bad habits. Luckily I think if I stick to a good workout for about 8 weeks or so,I will be exactly where I want to be.
So yesterday my manager was telling me about her workout routine, she told me that she has on demand videos on her cable and I found out that I have the same thing. I went through a list of of a lot of promising stuff to keep me going! I just finished my first video AM Yoga, it felt so good, it...

I am doing good. I am down 8 lbs. I have a new incline bench of 285lbs for 3reps. So my strength is still there even withthe weight loss. YEAH!!!!!!! You look great. How long have you been working out? ttyl
