Had a pituitary tumor and lost all muscle mass. Once I got my health back, and had the ability to put on muscle again, I begain the quest to do so.
Why I Love It:
Like crack coccaine, I'm addicted. Makes me feel great.. need my fix every day. Seeing my body improve is a great feeling, which also improves my self confidence which had always been in the shitter.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old progress pictures and seeing the change. Looking at other people who have obtained the phsyique I am aiming for. Long term goal is to get up on stage in a competition.
Sorry to hear about the tumor but sometimes from the bitterness of cancer man learns the sweetness of health and fitness. Recovering the weight loss may have been a challenge but judging by your photo I believe it wasn't anything that you couldn't handle. I wish you continued strength, focus and determination and I look forward to watching you progress. Stay strong, focused & determined and may God bless.
Remember:
“Keep perspiring and inspiring!”
i have a lot of respect man, cancer is no small thing to overcome. sometimes it takes something like that to begin the journey towards excellent health and overall fitness, and the longest journeys all start with one step, look at how far you have come. i started after being addicted to drugs for many years, i always look back with gratitude towards my new found friends and hobby keep up the good work man, your an inspiration
