Figure out how to eat right and keep it up for my lifetime!
Goal (Long):
I'm hoping that by my April 2008 birthday that I would have established a correct eating menu & have been following it from now, 1/28/08 til then & see an improvement. I want to be able to see my abs, I can feel them, but they are not visable. I want to be able to start my martial art classes again (Capoeira, JKD, Muay Thai, Kali-Eskrima-Silat) and even start new ones. I don't want my body to say what my age is. I want to get my Body Fat Percentage down to a "WOW" percentage. I want to have a body I can be proud of. All of these things, I'm hoping to accomplish by April 2008. I know that's a short time period but I've heard it only takes about 12 weeks (Body for Life) if I work really hard. I might give myself til June. :o)

Ok... don't give up! You had a bad spell... just get back on the horse and ride it babe! :) You know what it takes to get there... just put on that bikini and that will give you a big push in the right direction... always works for me! lol!! Prepare your meals in advance so its easy to grab and go and you don't have to think about what you're gonna eat :) I'll be checking on ya!
